TerraFerm Affiliate Terms
TerraFerm affiliate participation is by approval only. Affiliates must use clear disclosures, make only approved product claims, and follow TerraFerm payout, referral, and conduct rules.
- Disclose affiliate relationships clearly near recommendations and endorsements.
- Do not make unsupported agricultural, medical, environmental, income, or performance claims.
- Do not use spam, misleading ads, trademark bidding, cookie stuffing, self-referrals, or coupon abuse.
- Commissions are calculated on eligible net sale price after discounts and excluding shipping, tax, refunds, chargebacks, failed payments, and canceled orders.
- ASAM kit commissions may use up to three referral levels. Consulting commissions are direct-only unless TerraFerm approves otherwise.
- Customer-linked commissions are payable only for eligible purchases within 1,095 days of the first attributed referral.
- TerraFerm may reject, reverse, or hold commissions when orders are refunded, disputed, fraudulent, outside policy, or outside the payout window.
- TerraFerm may approve, pause, remove, or modify affiliate accounts at its discretion.
These terms are an operational draft for program setup and should be reviewed before public affiliate recruitment.
