This Shipping and Returns Policy is for TerraFerm products sold through TerraFerm.org by Planetary CARE L3C.

Shipping

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Shipping costs, available carriers, handling times, and delivery estimates may vary by product, destination, and carrier availability. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order is returned, delayed, or lost due to an incorrect address, additional shipping or replacement costs may apply.

Damaged or Missing Items

If an item arrives damaged or an order appears incomplete, contact us promptly at central@planetarycare.org with the order number, photos of the packaging and product, and a description of the issue.

Returns

Because TerraFerm products may include agricultural inputs, sealed ingredients, and time-sensitive or handling-sensitive materials, returns may be limited. Do not return any product without contacting us first and receiving return instructions.

Refunds and Replacements

Approved refunds, replacements, or credits are handled case by case. Shipping costs may be non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our fulfillment error.
